Color Masterbatches

KBG manufactures a very wide range of color masterbatches containing selected pigment combinations. Apart from the existing colors, a fast and accurate computerized color-matching service can develop any new color a customer requests and provide a free-of-charge sample for testing

Nearly all of these KBG Color MB are from 270°C to 300°C heat resistant and have the highest light fastness (7-8).

 All color types are physiologically harmless, without addition of lead, cadmium or di arylide pigments and comply with the usual provisions and regulations. They can be delivered in quantities as small as 25 kg direct from stock.

  Possible field of application

The possible applications of a Masterbatch for all different kind of plastics depends on the characteristics of the used pigments as well as on the specifications of the base polymer, which was chosen as carrier material. More than  KBG Masterbatches are based on LDPE, which can be used without trouble, from our experience, beside Polyethylen also in PP, SB, PA, PBT, TPE and many times also in ABS and POM

 Also the high temperature resistance of the used pigments allow a wide field of

application in all different kind of polymers. The suitability in individual cases has to be tested and verified under your specific production conditions. Available on request

you get of course prompt sample materials for testing.

 Pellet size

All sorts will be delivered in consistent cylindrical pellets. The known grain fineness

and uniformity of our pellets ensure a smooth colouring process with low Masterbatch consumption.
