Polymer Process AID

These are fluoro-polymer based additive masterbatches, which are properly dispersed in a poly-olefin polymer. These masterbatches helps in improving the processing of poly-olefins (LLDPE, HOPE etc) and particularly in blown film extrusion. The other benefits are removal of die lines, melt fracture, back pressure and increase in gloss and output. These masterbatches are also used in blow moulded items to improve the output and gloss on the surface.

Anti Oxidant Masterbatch -KBG AO MB

Antioxidant masterbatches are used in polymers to avoid the oxidative degradation at higher processing / application temperature. These masterbatches thus helps in retaining gloss, mechanical properties of the product which would otherwise deteriorate. We have designed these masterbatches on the basis of stearically hindered phenolic antioxidants properly dispersed in poly-olefin carrier. These masterbatches are highly suitable for pipes and profiles, films, injection moulded parts, blow moulded items, rotomoulded tanks, etc.

UV-Stabilizer -KBG UV MB

Our UV masterbatches are based on hindered amine light stabilizer and uv absorber and Ni-Quenchers , which is properly dispersed in a poly-olefin carrier. These masterbatches are superior in quality and  increase the working life of moulded and extruded product, when exposed to sunlight. Anti Block Masterbatch

 Anti-block masterbatch -  KBG AB 380 :

Antiblock masterbatches are primarily used in mono / multilayer blown film for flexible packaging. These are based on the combination of highly pure and ultra refined silica and amide additives. It counter acts the tendency of extruded films in sticking together and helps in improving the opening characteristics of films/bags.

SLIP MASTERBATCHES - KBG SL400

Slip masterbatches are based on amide additives, which migrates to the surface of the extruded/moulded plastic product and offers a mono molecular layer. This layer reduces the coefficient of friction (C.O.F.) between the layers of the film and other surfaces which are in contact with the film. It ensures superior handling properties in automotive packaging application and also doesn't affect the sealing and printing properties. These are mainly used in mono / multilayer films etc.

ANTISTATIC MASTERBATCH

This masterbatch is based on stearate and amine bases chemicals. It is mainly used in films and mouldings made of PE and PP. It gives lubricating effect during moulding or extrusion contributing to a smooth, shiny surface on the product produced. It is also used as an antistatic agent to reduce the electrical resistance on the surface of films and molded products. It also gives uniform cell size distribution in expanded polyethylene ( EPE) foams.

KBG Ca. MB

KBG Ca. MB50 are 50% calcium carbonate (Ca Co3) filled polyethylene compounds especially for Blown film,PE bag application ,pipe extrusion and ….

Advantage of using KBG Ca. MB 50 in film application :

-with low cost, it saves the product and product costs

-Due to the high heat conductivity, it saves the energy cost

-it develops the printing process on film.

-anti-blocking and improved dimension stability

KBG Talc MB

This masterbatch could be filled with Talc between 10%to 40%according to demand.

KBG TALC MB40 consists of special Talc which a result gives increasing stiffness and rigidity. The additional of Talc to PP polymer increasing crystal linty and crystallization temperature and increasing heat deflection temperature and reduce mold shrinkage. We have to color Talc MB (White and Gray color).application of KBG TALC MB40 is in Automobile and sanitation part &home appliance parts.

KBG Ba.S MB

KBG Bas. MB50 are 50%) Barium sulfate filled polypropylene compounds especially for pipe and fitting extrusion .this is improve physical and mechanical property of polymer.

Silicon Masterbatch (KBG SI 600)

Silicone masterbatches are basically used in HDPE&PP optical fiber ducts. These contain ultra-high molecular weight poly-dimethyl-siloxane additives dispersed in polyethylene. These masterbatches produce lubricity, reduce coefficient of friction and improve abrasion resistance.

(Anti-bacterial MB )

These Masterbatches are based on inorganic silver based antimicrobial chemical. These masterbatches are food grade and can be used in applications such as : Toothbrushes, Toilet Seat Covers, Kitchen chopping board, Packaging Film to make them bacteria and microbes free.

Anti Slip Masterbatch

It consists of combination of some specialty inorganic and organic additives in LDPE carrier resin. This masterbatch increases the coefficient of friction between films or sheets. It creates a natural rough non slip surface to films or sheets. It is mainly used in the manufacturing of bags which are to be stacked on pallets, as it prevents the bags slipping off one another during packing or shipping.

CLARIFYING Masterbatch

اIt consists of combination of nucleating agent and some specialty organic additives in polyolefin carrier resin. It reduces haze and increases the transparency of the injection moulded items based on LDPE and PP polymers by creating large number of nucleation sites in the polymer. It also increases the dimensional stability of the product and shortening the cycle time during moulding process

OPTICAL BRIGHTNER

Optical Brightener are based on bisbenzoxazole type organic derivative dispersed in poly-olefinic polymer. These masterbatches are added in polymers to reduce yellowing, improved whiteness, and to enhance the brightness of a product. These masterbatches function by absorbing the ultraviolet radiation and re-emitting the blue light. We have also developed these optical brightener masterbatches, which produce enhance whiteness and brightness of the product without giving bluer tone.

عامل کوپل کننده (coupling agent)

این محصول بر پایه ترموپلاستیک های متفاوت مانند پلی اولفین ها و یا پلی استایرن و ABS بوده که دارای درصدهای متفاوتی از مالئیک انیدرید به صورت گرافت شده روی زنجیر اصلی می باشند. این محصول به عنوان عامل سازگار کننده چسب میانی , بهبود دهنده ضربه و افزایش دهنده چسبندگی می باشد .

مستربچ های دیر سوز (Flame retardant Masterbatch)

این مستربچ ها بر پایه تر موپلاستیک های متفاوت مانند PE , PP , ABS , PS می باشند. افزودن این مواد به پلاستیک سبب می شود که پاستیک ها در برابر شعله خواص دیر سوزی پیدا کنند. گریدهای مختلف براساس نوع کاربرد و نوع پلیمر بسته به نیاز مصرف کننده در این شرکت قابل تولید است. این مستربچ ها بر پایه مواد دیر سوز ترکیبات هالوژنه و ترکیبات بدون هالوژنه قابل تولید بوده و مطابق با استاندارد UL94 را در کلاس های مختلف V-0,V-2 می باشد. مقدار مصرف این مواد در پلیمر بسته به نوع پلیمر و استاندارد مورد نظر می باشد.

Mold release Masterbatch

This master batches are based on PP,PE,ABS,PS with stearic salt additives. This has not any migration to surface of plastic. It is mainly used in the manufacturing of injection molding for removing part from mold
